She offers a range of services to help anyone with an interest in Family History or who is looking for a personalised and unique gift for family or friends.
Anne has over 30 years of genealogical research experience and has completed a number of family history courses including a Postgraduate Diploma in Genealogical, Palaeographic and Heraldic Studies at Strathclyde University.
Since 2009 she has taught various courses in Family History Research at Hull College as well as for private and charitable organisations in East Yorkshire. Anne qualified as an Adult Education tutor after completing a two year training course and became accredited as a Qualified Teacher in 2012.
In 2013 and 2014 Anne completed two Professional Learning modules in Genealogical Studies (both with Distinctions) for ‘Connecting Family: Online and Virtually’ and ‘Google for the Wise Genealogist’, from the National Institute for Genealogical Studies.

In 2015 Anne assisted the Wall to Wall Media production company by researching part of Paul Hollywood’s ancestry for the Who Do You Think You Are? television programme.
Anne also contributes to a number of family history forums, websites and magazines, and gives talks to social groups about family history topics, as well as working as a volunteer transcriber for the FreeReg website, and researching WW1 lives for the East Riding Archives Service.
